I. Overview
The CDW-80-16 impact specimen low-temperature tester is a two-stage stacked compressor refrigeration equipment newly developed by our company in accordance with the requirements for low-temperature devices in GB229-2007 "Metallic Charpy notch Impact Test Method". This equipment adopts the "French Taikang" compressor and Danvers controlled cooling accessories; Using industrial alcohol as a low-temperature medium; Design a dedicated touch screen control system using the principle of thermal equilibrium, and achieve temperature uniformity through cyclic stirring; The use of a low-temperature booster circulation pump can transport the low-temperature medium in the tank to the second site for cooling and constant temperature control. It can fully meet the temperature control indicators specified in the national standard GB229-2007.
The control system of the CDW-80-16 impact specimen low-temperature instrument adopts the PLC control system independently developed by Fuyida, with a 7-inch touch screen display and operation, user-friendly human-machine interface, and higher reliability based on PLC control technology. The system integrates temperature control, internal circulation stirring, temperature arrival reminder and insulation time arrival reminder, and the external circulation pump can automatically control and adjust the flow rate of the external circulation pump according to the temperature index of the second temperature field.
The low-temperature tester for this impact specimen is easy to operate and has high work efficiency. The exterior is made of brushed stainless steel plate material, which is beautiful and elegant. It is an ideal sample cooling and low-temperature constant temperature equipment for metal low-temperature impact testing. It can also be used as a cold source for other low-temperature detection and testing work.
